Pippa has a wealth of experience in people development, leadership and management. She has a strong background in the arts, culture, creative industries, social enterprise and charitable sectors, but also in business planning, managing and leading change and public sector administration. She is skilled at helping people to develop strategy, to manage successful teams and to resolve conflict.
She has been actively coaching and consulting for 20 years , particularly with people who want to change or develop, with women, with young leaders, and with the leaders of SMEs (small to medium enterprises). She has a focus on working with people who don't always fit conventional stereotypes, people who are at a crossroads in their careers and who want to build confidence or seek new directions, or balance work with other interests .

Tracy Wallach, Ph.D., M.S.W. is a coach, organizational development, and leadership consultant based in Brookline, MA. Her clients have included public sector, health care, social service and manufacturing, organizations. She has a particular interest in working with individuals and organizations engaged in social justice issues.
A registered A-N coach, Tracy has additional training in group relations (a.k.a., systems psychodynamics or Tavistock), the Immunity-to-Change model, and appreciative inquiry. She takes a systems psychodynamic approach to her coaching and consulting, looking at the complex interactions between the individual and the group to help clients manage the often unseen dynamics that influence leaders and followers. Tracy is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in the Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy Program (McCormack Graduate School of Public Policy) and the College of Management. There, she teaches classes in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Diagnosis and Change, and Managerial Ethics. She has served as a visiting lecturer and scholar at Sha’anxi Normal University in Xi’an, China; Sabanci University in Istanbul, and Al Quds University in Jerusalem, where she has taught seminars and workshops on leadership and organizational dynamics.

Robin has over 12 years’ leadership experience in public, private and voluntary sector organisations. His Senior Management roles combined with his Careers, Community and training experience offers a unique blend of understanding, skill and expertise. He has been a Leadership Coach, Trainer and Psychometric Assessor for over 4 years and has worked closely with Managers and Executives across a wide range of sectors developing their leadership capacity and skills. Previous to this Robin has worked in Higher Education, Youth and Community work, Christian Ministry, Careers Advice and Design both in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Martin O’ Connor
Martin works as a Coaching and Clinical Psychologist. He has a wealth of experience working in the Irish health services, at frontline, clinical and managerial levels.
Martin works in private practice. He teaches on the Masters in Coaching Psychology programme at University College Cork; the Clinical Psychology doctorate programme at University College Cork; to pre-service teachers in Mary Immaculate College of Education, Limerick; and on the Masters in Early Intervention at Trinity College, Dublin.
Martin works with multi-disciplinary teams in services for children with disabilities and families; parents of children with disabilities; providing clinical/coaching/mentoring supervision to Psychologists and Project Managers working in disability services.
Martin is also a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI); a member of the Coaching Psychology Group (CPG) affiliated to PSI; and a member of the Association for Coaching.
Martin’s academic qualifications include Post – Graduate Higher Diploma in Clinical Psychology (UCD) and Masters in Applied Psychology (Coaching Psychology) (UCC).
Martin enjoys working in a coaching/mentoring capacity with individuals, groups and teams on topics that really matter to them. Ian (M.Sc. B.Sc. hons.) is a Business Psychologist, with extensive experience working with public and private sector organizations Internationally. He has over twenty years coaching and facilitation experience.
His aim is to increase leadership capacity in individuals, teams and organizations.
Affiliated with the Analytic-Network Coaching, he specialises in coaching leaders, to generate and engender leadership by helping them realise their own potential, and understand how they can unleash leadership in others.

Dr Hilary Lines
Hilary Lines is an executive and team coach, facilitator and educator, with over 30 years’ experience of working with senior executives in a range of sectors across the globe. A driving force for her work lies in her belief that leaders in complex organisations create value through working constructively with difference at the ‘touchpoint’ of their connection with others. She helps her clients look at depth at how they can bring the best of themselves to their leadership relationships, how they sometimes jeopardise their own impact, and how they can enhance and expand their leadership presence and impact through developing greater relational agility, resilience and authenticity. Her 2013 book ‘Touchpoint Leadership’ (co-authored with Jacqui Scholes-Rhodes) describes how she applies her model of leadership to her coaching, team coaching and consulting practice.
