Rachael is an experienced Personal Development & Leadership Coach and has an MSc with distinction from Henley Business School.
Having a corporate background within the global FMCG marketing communications sector, she draws on board-level experience of operating within complex networked organisations when working with coaching clients.
Her main area of interest lies in helping people to stand back from the immediate complexity of a situation in order to see the bigger picture points of influence and connection, and to move to purposeful action.

Mary is a leadership consultant and executive coach working internationally with CEOs, senior teams, and boards. She has over 15 years’ experience of leading strategic change at board level in the public sector, and has developed national and international development programmes on leadership, governance and the dynamics of boardroom behaviour. She teaches on the Clinical Psychology Doctoral training at Canterbury Christchurch University, is External Examiner for two of Cambridge University’s coaching programmes, and is a frequent presenter on good governance at the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education’s events for board members; she is also the coeditor and author of Creating A Coaching Culture for Managers In Your Organisation.
Mary is an alumna of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Programme on Adaptive Leadership, and draws on this and her psychodynamic training when coaching clients. In particular, she brings deep insight to the ‘beneath the surface’ dimension of what happens in relationships and organisational life, helping clients to understand what holds them back from making progress on their most pressing challenges, and what can take them forward. Clients gain a deeper awareness of themselves and others as part of dynamic systems, and the choices available to them to change their leadership behaviour and create new purpose. Kevin Dixon MA
Institute of Human Relations Certificate and Masters in Advanced Organisation Consulting. He is a qualified Global Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and is honours graduate in International Business Policy. He holds British Psychological Society Certification for Level A and Level B Occupational Testing.
Kevin has worked extensively with government, multi-nationals and voluntary and community sectors. He is contributory author to two books.
Kevin’s coaching and mentoring is focused upon developing collaborative working and continuous improvement vertically and across organisations to deliver planned outcomes. Jeremy is an Accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, an Analytic-Network Coach and an mBIT Certified Coach. In addition, he is an NLP Master Trainer, coach trainer, studying to become a coach supervisor, and has authored four best-selling NLP books. He gained an MA in Coaching and NLP in 2011.
Prior to forming The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd (a niche NLP and coaching business) in 1999, Jeremy trained as an accountant and corporate treasurer. He spent four years as a management consultant with Ernst & Young, held senior financial positions with Unigate plc and was Finance Director of YO! Sushi.
Jeremy’s has coached and trained a wide variety of clients, including the NHS, blue chip companies (from many business sectors), entrepreneurs, professional services firms, professional athletes and sports clubs (he is a former semi-professional footballer) and charities. Mark Wakefield is a coach and consultant working with board level individuals and senior leadership teams. An award-winning TV journalist by background, he also has extensive experience of corporate strategy and governance. Simon is an internationally experienced OD Consultant, Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Team Coach, Process Consultant, Facilitator and Lecturer. Simon draws on his experience in consulting, deep human systems understanding and psychology to enable organisations to successfully navigate the complexities of transformational change processes, develop leadership cultures and individuals. He also leads a Masters Programme in Coaching Psychology at the Metanoia Institute in London and is a Visiting Lecturer at Ashridge Management School on the Masters in Executive Coaching. Dr Lynne Sedgmore CBE
Lynne has held 3 Chief Executive roles within the UK for the past 17 years. She has been a non Executive Director on over 25 Boards and is now a registered coach working freelance. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Royal Society of Arts. She was previously the CEO of the Centre for Excellence in Leadership which developed over 40,000 leaders and was at the forefront of individual, team and organisational coaching interventions. She sat on the Prime Ministers Review of UK public sector leadership from 2010/11.
She has been coaching others since 1998 as well as receiving extensive coaching from top coaches in the UK. Her coachees are CEOs or senior managers from the private, public and charity sectors. Lynne has an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies and a Doctorate in Leadership. She combines academic rigour, practical organisational experience as a CEO alongside powerful insight, emotional intelligence, strong rapport and the ability to be deeply present to both individual and organisational needs.

Karen is an Executive coach, Leadership facilitator, Organisation Development & Talent Management Consultant. Prior to consulting Karen worked in HR, Capability & Management Development for Diageo Plc and British Aerospace where she led on numerous change initiatives.
