Theresa Hammond MA

have over ten years of experience as a coach and mentor and hold a Master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice.

I work with individuals and leaders who want to achieve and be more by accompanying them on a journey of discovery and growth.  I believe that when you connect with and align with your inner world of passion, values and purpose you are authentically energised to show up in your life. Likewise, when you find the right place, connect with the right people in the right way your effectiveness is maximised.

I take a developmental approach and look to creating change from the inside out, not imposing change through sheer will power. The aim is congruent growth, leading to sustainable change and culminating in authenticity.

Mark Argent

Mark Argent brings to coaching experience of design and creative industries, high-tech startups, spirituality and retreats, and politics and reflective citizenship. He's based in the UK but also has strong links to SouthEast Asia.

His workshops and one-to-one work in retreat centres ranges from short themed events, which include ones built round cooking, music, art or film, through to intensive daily work with individuals over periods from a few days to a month. In coaching there is a natural link from this to drawing on mindfulness.

Among the things he finds particularly rich about Analytic Network Coaching is that the framework includes engaging with the whole person at depth as well as in their work context, and offer a rich way to explore the overlapping networks that make up contemporary life.

Mark is an Associate of the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations and of the Association for Psychodynamic Practice and Counselling in Organisational Settings. He is also a member of the Association of Pastoral Supervisors and Educators and the European Organisation Design Forum, and writes on the interplay between psychoanalysis, spirituality and politics.
