Monika has over 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of HR Management, Coaching, Training and Change Management in a variety of corporate environments.

She is actively coaching and training top and mid-management level on change management, employee efficiency evaluation, and organizational development and Stress management. Over the years of her professional work she has been involved in organizational restructuring project, HR Policies development and implementation.

Nevenka Aleksić

With an extensive experience in people development, Nevenka has held senior management roles in training, career development, people review programmes and other performance management areas as well as HR Business Partnership roles.

Nevenka’s focus now is on business coaching as a successful and efficient tool with middle managers as well as women leaders mostly in banking, but other businesses as well.

She has over 30 years of experience with international institutions such as the British Council and a French bank. She is at present developing a business of her own in the areas of coaching and consultancy focusing on women leaders and young managers.

She has been actively coaching and training mid-managers on their career paths, change     management issues, performance evaluation and personal development.

Jacqueline Cohen

Jacqueline has over 10 years of experience in the field of Organisation Development and HR Consulting across a wide variety of business functions in the private sector, primarily banking and wealth management. Jean works with external and internal organisational consultants, as well as those in other positions who find themselves involved with organisational change. She provides a ‘backstage’ space for individuals and groups to realize their own abilities and confidence for understanding and handling the total situation facing them.

Kwan Liang has more than 30 years of regional experience leading, guiding and working with executives at all levels. He started in the IT industry, holding various positions (from sales & marketing, regional business development to general management) with leading IT companies. He had helped companies to set-up operations in various Asian cities. Upon leaving the corporate world, he continued to guide management teams, as board member and leadership coach.

Mark Argent

Mark Argent brings to coaching experience of design and creative industries, high-tech startups, spirituality and retreats, and politics and reflective citizenship. He's based in the UK but also has strong links to SouthEast Asia.

His workshops and one-to-one work in retreat centres ranges from short themed events, which include ones built round cooking, music, art or film, through to intensive daily work with individuals over periods from a few days to a month. In coaching there is a natural link from this to drawing on mindfulness.
